Paper Goods
Due to the delicate nature of paper goods, we do not allow returns. Items classified as paper goods are those within the greeting cards, postcards, and art print categories on this website.
All Other Items
All other items not classified as paper goods are returnable if unused/unopened within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
Processing
Once returned item(s) are received, a credit to the original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs will be issued as soon as possible. Refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process due to varying processing times between payment providers.
